Become a member of Ohio Proud! Your products must be at least 50% raised, grown, or processed in Ohio to qualify to join the Ohio Proud program. Please follow the steps outlined below.

First complete (Steps 1-3) the online application. Then download a hard copy of the Ohio Proud Agreement (Step 4) click here and mail it with your licensing fee of $25 made payable to Ohio Proud.

Your application process is NOT complete until we receive ALL of the following:

  • (1) Your online application
  • (2) Signed agreement
  • (3) $25 check
